The Wallis Suite is perfect for large board meetings of up to 50 attendees and receptions for up to 280.
This suite of individual boxes can be opened up into 10 rooms or closed off for separate syndicate rooms. Each room provides the same space and all overlook the racecourse. The room is ideal for use as breakout rooms or for that smaller more intimate meeting.
With full height roller doors, the Exhibition Hall can be used together with the Princess Royal or Wallis suites and up to 14 syndicate rooms as a single self- contained multi-purpose conference venue.
The room is situated on the second floor of the Queen Mother Stand. This room is ideal as an independent meeting room or for catering/a breakout area for the larger conference taking place in the Valentine's Suite.
The room is situated in one of the racecourses older stands. This versatile room can cater for a number of events where a large number of syndicate areas are required. It has capacities for up to 200 delegates.
The room is situated in the Earl of Derby and Lord Sefton stands. These rooms are mirror images of one another making it ideal to both cater and conference an event for up to 600 delegates. As part of the recent £35m re-development, these are part of Aintree’s newest additions.
