Our Roundhay Suite is the largest function suite in the hotel and can comfortably accommodate up to 200 delegates in a theatre style layout for a conference and 150 seated guests for an elegant dining event . The suite has natural daylight and air conditioning for comfort together with integral presentation equipment within the room for ease. Located outside of the room is our Roundhay Lounge which is the perfect area to serve unlimited tea/coffee and lunch refreshments or to accommodate a delegate registration or exhibition area to complement the event. For dining events and awards ceremonies the room can accommodate staging, a dance floor and has a private bar area located in the Roundhay Lounge. In addition, the suite has been specifically designed with the use of flexible, acoustic sliding walls and so can be reduced in size for smaller events, thereby offering greater versatility and the ultimate adaptability for our clients.
